The Pelangi Bali Hotel and Spa is a beachfront Resort located on the beautiful white sand of Seminyak Beach, a short distance from shopping malls and other tourist attractions. 20 minute drives from Bali’s international airport.

Meet your host: Ann Steer
Ann has been a professional artist since 2008 and has representation with a number of West Australian galleries. She has been teaching art for over 15 years both locally and internationally. Suitable for beginners and advanced painters, Ann works closely with her students drawing out their own strengths and talents. 10 May 2024 - Day 1
Arrive from airport - check into hotel - relax and get to know the Resort 5.30 pm - Group cocktail - first sunset on the beach

11 May 2024 - Day 2
9.30 to 1pm
Painting session on roof top bar at Hotel
Waves, clouds and reflections
Discuss how waves form, understanding the shadows and shapes of waves and how to translate what we see onto a canvas. Learn techniques for creating foamy and suds at the shore.
1.15pm - Lunch (included)
Spend the rest of the afternoon poolside or book an amazing spa treatment.

12 May 2024 - Day 3
9.30 to 1pm
Painting session on rooftop bar at Hotel
Creating tropical flowers or koi fish
Choose to paint your flowers or koi fish on a black canvas for a bold colour choice or create a painting full of lush foliage
Spend the afternoon poolside or head to the beach directly across the
road for a foot massage
7.30pm - Group Dinner (own expense)13 May - Day 4
9.30 to 1pm - paint session - pop of colour
This is such a fun session, express yourself in colour, use of dynamic brush strokes and how to use complementary colours to create a cohesive painting. Choose images of beach huts, statues and doorways.
1.15pm - Group lunch (included)
Why not head into Seminyak for some retail therapy and get a cream bath, trust me you won’t be disappointed

14 May - Day 5
Start the day with an early morning beach walk.
9.30 to 1pm - paint session - Bali Sunset How to add light sources to your paintings.
1.15pm - Group lunch (included)
Rest of the afternoon to enjoy the Resort
Quick time to squeeze in a spa date before dinner.
7.30pm - Farewell Dinner - White party - bring something white to twirl the night away in
